RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
As Humwraps are used for food storage we can not accept returns
To request a refund for faulty goods please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase stating whether you wish us to replace the faulty goods or to refund your money.
The faulty goods are to be returned to us and within 24 hours of receipt of the goods we will inspect the goods and email you with notification of the results of the inspection. If approved we will refund or replace the faulty goods according to which option you chose.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and applied to the original credit card which you paid with within 24 hours of receipt of the faulty goods.
